Market Access Managers can expect to earn between £75k and £95k per annum, with a senior member of staff earning between £95k to £120k for the year 2023.
There is currently an even gender split of 50% for this title, with most members enjoying an average tenure of 3 years before moving on to a new employer.
London currently employs the most individuals in this role, at around 73 members, which is then followed by Manchester, Bristol, and Leeds.
